Turtle

   Turtles are amphibians . They live in two world , namely on land and in water . Turtles are often found in the ocean , but there also live in fresh water .  , This animal unique and easily recognizable by the 'home' or skull (bony shell) are hard and rigid . Turtle shell is composed of two parts. The top of the back cover called the carapace (carapace) and bottom (ventral, stomach) is called the plastron. Then each part is made up of two layers. The outer layer is generally in the form of scales big and hard, and are arranged like tiles, while the inner layer in the form of plates of bone as compact shell. Exceptions are those of labi-labi (Trionychoidea) and leatherback turtles, the outer layer of dead skin layer scaly and was replaced on the outside of the shell bones.The animal has two pairs of legs .they reproduce by laying eggs . they are kept under the sand , they spawn at night . 
  Turtles can live for hundreds of year . Now endangered species including turtles are often in a hurry by people who are not resposible , there for protected by the goverment to make special breeding .
